PowerWatch X shipping update - Aug 28, 2018

Hi everyone,

We’d like to update you on our progress with PowerWatch X shipping.

After many technical difficulties on the production line, we are happy now that production is back on track. Now we are working diligently to try to deliver all pre-orders. And the initial shipments are already working their way through our fulfillment network.

At this point, we anticipate the PowerWatch X arriving to all backers by the end of September. It is a month late compared to our previous updates during August, which we feel really sorry about. It's only a few weeks away from getting your watches and some are on their way already.

Thank you again for your continued patience! We indeed wouldn't be able to make it this far without all your support.
